ORDERING OPTIONS
Online
The easiest and most efficient way to order is via our secure online shopping cart.
Once you have made your selection proceed through our clear and simple checkout
steps, where your payment will be transacted via PayPal. After you have completed
your transaction you will receive an email confirming your purchase.
Email
Orders can be submitted via email. Simply email hello@thememoryshelf.com.au listing
the items that you wish to purchase and we will get back to you within 24 hours
with an order confirmation.
Phone
You can order over the phone by calling 0423 168 566. If we are busy please leave
your details and we will return your call promptly.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
The quickest payment option is via PayPal (quick payment means quick delivery!).
Credit card purchases are handled via the PayPal payment system to ensure safe and
secure payment. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading
security and fraud prevention systems. Please note - you are NOT required to have
or create a PayPal account to pay with credit card. The Memory Shelf does
not store your credit card details.
We also accept payment via direct bank deposit. You can select this option at the
checkout page and we will provide our bank details to you in your email confirmation.
Orders will be dispatched when full payment is received.
DELIVERY
In order to provide a cost effective method of shipping we use both a courier service
and Australia Post. Our delivery fees are based on the order value:
DISPATCH TIMES
All orders received prior to 5pm on any business day will be dispatched the next
business day.
DELIVERY TIMES
The Memory Shelf is based in Sydney, Australia. We take great pride in sending your
orders as quickly and safely as possible. Here is a guideline for delivery timeframes:
- Next Business Day: All parcels being delivered to a Sydney Metropolitan area.
- 1-3 days: For all other Metropolitan areas on the East Coast.
- 4–7 days: For all other areas.
PRICING
All prices on The Memory Shelf website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD), include
10% GST, and are subject to change without notice.
RETURNS POLICY
Please choose carefully as we are unable to provide refunds, credits or exchanges
for online purchases. All orders are carefully packaged and checked before shipping,
but in the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit please notify us within
48 hours and we will arrange a replacement.

SECURITY & PRIVACY
The Memory Shelf respects your privacy and will never give away any personal information
that you provide during your visit. Personal information provided is only used for
the services requested, such as processing an order, shipping your package to your
address or customer newsletters.
All credit card transactions are made securely though PayPal. We do not keep or
store your payment details that you provide to us for order processing.
